How commission is calculated
One simple rate — 15% of the net amount (before VAT) for both setup and monthly service fees, for the customer's entire subscription.
15% of service fees
This includes both the one-time setup fee and the monthly service fees paid by customers you refer.
Calculated on the net amount (before VAT)
The calculation base is the price divided by 1.07 (removing 7% VAT first), then multiplied by 15% — transparent and easy to verify.
Earn every month
As long as the customer continues using the service, you keep earning monthly commission until they cancel.
Calculation example
Suppose you refer an organization that signs up for a monthly plan costing ฿1,990 (including VAT) — the net amount before VAT is ฿1,990 ÷ 1.07 ≈ ฿1,859.81 · Your commission = 15% ≈ ฿278.97 / month (before withholding tax), every month until the customer cancels — plus another 15% share of the initial setup fee.

Refer an organization
Send us a lead or introduce an interested organization. Make sure they name you as the referrer so the referral credit is linked to you.
The customer starts using the service and pays
Once the organization you referred signs up and completes payment, you start earning commission.
Receive commission every month
We transfer your commission after the customer pays each billing cycle, continuing until they cancel.
Terms
Straightforward terms
We want everything to be clear from the start — here are all the program rules.
Paid after the customer pays
Commission is paid only after the customer has paid for that billing cycle; it is not paid in advance.
Withholding tax as required by law
Commission is treated as brokerage income and is subject to withholding tax (WHT) under Thai law. We provide a withholding tax certificate.
Clawback for early cancellation/refund
If the customer cancels or requests a refund within the first 30–60 days, the commission for that billing cycle will be clawed back to keep things fair for everyone.
No self-referrals
You may not refer yourself or an organization you own or have a direct financial interest in to earn commission.
